An Absolutely Fantastic Apartment
The Annecy apartment was absolutely fantastic. It’s rare that you arrive at an Airbnb and are blown away by the attention to detail and surprised by how the entire apartment exceeded expectations. This was the case at Appartments D’Exception. The bedrooms were luxurious and the beds and linens extremely comfortable. We all slept amazing! The layout of the apartment provided a lot of space! And there were three full bathrooms plus a separate room with a toilet near the front of the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living and dining rooms were absolutely great. It’s was great to have a very cozy place to call home during our stay in Annecy. I would 100% stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Warm and peaceful apartment
Had a great stay here, very cozy and peaceful. Ski in / ski out access was wonderful as well. Appreciated the recommendations for rentals and more! Will be back!
Delightful apartment
A delightful apartment right on the slopes of Courchevel Jardin Alpin. Communication with the host was clear, prompt, and efficient throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
An incredible place right in the heart of the old town!
This is a great place! Right in the heart of old town annecy, lots of shops, restaurants within a minute or two. Less than 5 minutes to the lake. Virginia met us at the home &checked us in & she was so nice & showed us everything. Now on to the home, it is HUGE & you feel like you are walking into a 1700’s French palace. 4 of us had more than enough rooms, we each had a bathroom & the home is beautiful, we loved all of it. It is clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the beds were great, and again, very close to everything. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s & this was one of the best!
I would definitely stay there again!
The location was perfect, right in the city center. The facilities were excellent! Everything you could need was available in the apartment: coffee, laundry detergent, umbrellas for the rain. Very comfortable and reasonably priced. Three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom
It is a rare opportunity to stay in such a unique home
Fenestraz apartment is perhaps the most beautiful and atmospheric apartment we have ever stayed in – and we have stayed in very many throughout Europe. It is as stunning as the photos, but welcoming rather than intimidating. We stayed home for one very rainy day and felt as though we were really taking advantage of all this large, lovely apartment has to offer.
It is central, everything is within walking distance. The parking spot is only a short walk away. The small lift was very welcome after long days exploring.
The Appartements D’Exception staff are indeed exceptional. Great communication and a personal, friendly welcome.

The Best Accommodation of All Our Travels
My wife and two boys have traveled the world together. We will always stay in 1-3 different Airbnbs in any given country, so as not to make the stay feel stale. We travel internationally about 2-4 times per year. I have to say that is place, is by far, the absolute best place we have ever stayed. I honestly do not believe we will ever stay in a place that is quite like this ever again sadly. This property, in real life, is somehow much better in person than the photos. It’s hard to even say that as I thought the photos were incredible. I had my doubts that it would even be this nice when we arrived. This place is the size of a nice home. There are three separate bedrooms with their own shower and bath. My two young boys, ages 13 and 11 had an incredible amount of room to run around and play in. The showers were fantastic. Washer and dryer worked beautifully. Gas stove was great for our daily breakfasts. The windows open in the middle of the day were wonderful. Thank you for everything
Two Days of Pure Relaxation
We were six friends looking for some rest in the wonderful city of Annecy. We booked this apartment for two nights, and it has a Marie Antoinette-like atmosphere. The rooms are very spacious, and each room looks like a real painting. The living room creates beautiful lighting effects and is very welcoming for playing board games or simply relaxing on the sofas. The dining room is impressive and makes you imagine hosting a banquet from another era. The bedding is truly comfortable and makes you want to throw yourself onto the bed and never leave it. What can be said about this sublime bathtub to end the stay with a hot bath and a few candles? All of this allowed us to spend two very restful and rejuvenating days, and we leave Maison Fenestraz full of energy.
Beautiful apartment
Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Probably for a family with two children it is small, but for two skiers (dad and teenage daughter) is very suitable. Clean, everything works. Right on the slope and next to the lift. Parking. Thank you Ophelia for letting us stay a bit longer in the last day). 10 of 10 for our situation.
Our stay was fantastic
From the moment we arrived, the concierge was waiting for us at the parking entrance, showed us where to leave our vehicle, and accompanied us to the apartment. Once there, she welcomed us inside and gave us a complete tour of the property. The apartment is absolutely stunning, a work of art in its own right. The bathrooms and kitchen have been beautifully renovated in a modern and elegant style. It is probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The agency was excellent throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property—the apartment itself is an experience to be enjoyed.

AMAZING! The team managing this accommodation was absolutely outstanding. We had an activity in the afternoon, and they were very accommodating, allowing us to settle in at our own pace with super clear instructions. The accommodation itself exceeded our expectations. The location and the atmosphere offered a true getaway, which allowed us to enjoy this family weekend in a dream setting. Everything is designed for our comfort (a parking space is also included, there is a spare set of keys which allowed us to organize ourselves without any hassle, etc.). We were very lucky, and I recommend this to anyone wanting to discover Annecy to experience what we did. We thank the entire team!!!!
Superb historic apartment for a few days of relaxation.
Spacious, both roomy and comfortable. Rich in historical heritage, it is tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is both practical and well-equipped with utensils and appliances. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the apartment is located right in the city center, next to the lake. Very comfortable and elegant
